A In the weeks preceding the fast, it is recommended to settle outstanding states of affairs in order to fast with a peace of mind.
- a 30 to 60 minute walk in day light
- 8 hours of sleep - eating habits based on fresh fruits and vegetables, nuts whole grains, seeds, and legumes.
- the reduction, better yet the elimination of drugs cigarettes, medication tea, coffee, alcohol, meat, fish, chocolate, sweets, garlic, spices, vinegar, all food stuffs wich have been modified, denaturized, devitalized...
-And for those who want to prepare more seriously, you can follow the following menu, the week before you start fasting, when even a few days before your arrival. This would allow you to go faster autolysis (the process of cleansing and regeneration) with less discomfort (headache, backache , etc.).
